Blast From The Past III was another great success ... thanks to the bands who generously gave of their time to participate again free of charge.
Many thanks to Alvin Stardust, Les McKeown, Mud, T-Rex, Glitter Band, Damian Baker and Daddy Cool. The funds raised this year were shared between the Variety Club of Scotland and Radio Forth's Help-A-Child Appeal.
Thanks to everybody who has got in touch with us recently asking for details of BFTP IV ... we will keep you updated on www.kidscharities.org. We have decided not to have a concert in 2007 - mainly to give the bands a rest from KidsCharities' demands on their time. However, we are listening to you - and going by what we are hearing, another one is definitely on the cards. Watch this space!! And thanks again for all your support and kind comments about this event. We appreciate it very much!!
